It’s all about surveys and research reports lately! Another one has just been completed revealing that about a quarter of online bingo players like yourselves don't use any of the big name social networking sites. Which can only mean one thing, your favourite bingo sites are your single sources of networking online. And nothing wrong with that!
The rest of you, whom account for three quarters of those asked, log onto social networking sites such as Facebook once a week at the very least with Twitter coming in at a close second!
Google+,which is still relatively new is on the up up up, but MySpace, which once dominated the social networking sphere is only used by 2.7% of online players, followed by Bebo.
The massive number of online bingo players that use Facebook is far above the national average, and boasts a user-ship of 50% of the UK population.
All in all, it just goes to show that Bingo remains one of the most effective ways online to mingle with like minded people and have some bingo fun at the same time!
There is no doubt that bingo is one of the most social games out there that generates a sense of community and freedom that in many ways pips that of the social networking sites. Plus, who can resist the bonkers excitement of a little bit of bingo at the same time?
